Services

AMS Desarrollos provides web development, custom ERP systems and bot automation. Scope, deadlines and pricing for each project are agreed in writing before starting.

Pricing and payments

Prices published in the plans are indicative. The final budget is defined based on the real scope of the project. Payments are made per agreed milestones.

Ownership

Once payment is completed, the project's code and deliverables belong to the client, except third-party components subject to their own licenses.

Liability

We commit to delivering the agreed work to professional standards. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services (hosting, payment APIs, WhatsApp) outside our control.
